A Weekend of {Fallish Things}

It's my first full weekend in the new place and with my new sweet kitten! I'm planning on relaxing in between a Friday night of Pumpkin Carving and a Saturday spent outside in this weather with friends and even more pumpkins. Orange is not one of my favorite colors but the shades on these trees and everything that's coming along with it, is making it that much more appealing!

A Pink Tie Affair.

The manfriend has two tickets to The Pink Party downtown tonight as a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness since his company is sponsoring it. Meaning that all day, pink dresses have been catching my eye. Even though these are a bit too extravagant for our event tonight, I can't help but still think if given the chance, I'd choose either of these beauties.

A Weekend of {Moving it All In}

My weekend starts a day early, which is great since it's completely packed! The parents are coming into town, moving into the new place, and a dinner party on Friday. Add in a Bama football game to that and I really don't think it could get too much better.

My parents will be here tomorrow! That's all I can really think about. That and these two pictures. Oh, and all the painting I have to finish tonight. Okay, so those three things.

The decision has been made to do a striped wall in my bedroom. And these pictures are the inspiration that got me there. Can't wait to see the finished look! Although that's also my excuse for less posts this week: a time consuming project like painting your entire condo. See you when I see you.

Dinner on Us.

The manfriend and I are cooking dinner for his parents tonight! His mom is constantly cooking us fantastic meals and it's past time that we return the favor. With a fabulous meal planned, I sure wouldn't mind if this was the kitchen set before me. Here's to Mondays and everything they bring along with them.

This weekend consists of a southern wedding and good SEC football, two of my favorite things. With relaxing and shopping in between, I'd say a perfect weekend is ahead.
